The Halloween theme poll is now up and live on jambands.com - cast your vote today for your favorite!
After the poll closes on September 10th, moe. will reveal the winning theme online, and will devote their entire Mischief Night show to the theme on October 30th in Albany - costumes, lights, sets and songs! You may vote once per IP address per day.
The band had the tough job of narrowing so many creative suggestions down to a list of just 30. Because great minds think alike, there were some submissions that were very similar to one another. In those cases, the band combined the theme choice. For example, there were themes submitted for Classic movie monsters, B movie monsters, misfit monsters and a moe.nster mash. They ended up combined under "Monsters" and moe. will take all 4 of them into consideration if the theme were to win.

inthemoement has finalized the recipient for the moe.down XI school supply drive: The Fisher Elementary School in Mohawk, NY.
We invite you to bring items for the school children, classrooms in need:
Bookbags, crayons, #2 pencils, colored pocket folders, colored pencils, markers, glue sticks, spiral notebooks, notebook filler paper and scissors.
The school is also in need of supplies for the teachers as well: thumbdrives/flashdrives, dry erase markers, stickers (given as awards to the children) and basic office supplies.
Drop-off bins will be located in the Kids' Tent and possibly other locations on site, TBA.

Bear Creek Music Festival announced today that moe. has been added to this year's lineup as a featured headliner.
moe. joins a lineup that already includes Umphrey's McGee, Soulive, Toubab Krewe, Maceo Parker, DJ Logic, Bonobo and several members of the original Meters in their current projects (Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk and George Porter's Running Pardners).
In addition to the attractive music lineup, another big draw of the Bear Creek Music Festival is its unique and ideal setting -- the fourth-year festival takes place at the Spirit of the Suwanee Music Park in Live Oak, Fla. It's an award-winning venue and a favorite among festival-goers, as it is set against the Suwanee River, underneath oak and pine trees and with 800 acres of on-site camping and amenities.
The Bear Creek Music Festival takes place November 12 through 14. Additional details, including ticketing and the full lineup, may be found at the event's official website.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Jakob Dylan has canceled his appearance at moe.down XI, but we are pleased to report that Grace Potter and the Nocturnals will take his place. Tickets are $110 through moe.down ticketing until Tuesday at midnight and then are $125. Tickets will be $150 at the gate.

Help moe. choose the theme for Halloween!
moe. will once again team up with Jambands.com to give friends and enemies alike a chance to influence the band's Halloween show, taking place October 30th in Albany NY. Last year, songs were chosen by the fans and the polls were open to the public. This year, fans will suggest an overall theme, and voting will decide the ultimate choice.
If you have purchased tickets to the Halloween show by August 15th, you will be eligible to submit ONE theme suggestion. Ticketholders will receive an email with instructions soon. The band will then take 30 of their favorite fan suggestions and put them up on a poll for Jambands.com. The poll will be open to the public on August 24 and close on September 10.
When the poll closes, moe. will take the winning theme and devote the entire night to it: costumes, lights, stage and each member of the moe. writing team will take a stab at writing a new song the way they feel it interprets the theme. Spooky enough for you?
