BASIC INFORMATION

Gates open at 12 pm on Friday for 3-day passholders and at 9am Sunday for Sunday-only ticketholders. The premises must be vacated by Monday at 2pm.

All children over 12 must have a ticket.

Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. No refunds will be granted due to artist or schedule change.

Beware of counterfeit tickets.

 

SURVIVAL TIPS

This is a rain or shine event - be prepared for extreme warm, cold or wet weather.

Drink plenty of water. There will be free water available.

 

SOME GENERAL RULES

No glass or metal containers (this means no glass bottles, only cans allowed).
No Pets.
No open fires. THIS INCLUDES TIKI TORCHES. Charcoal and propane grills OK.
Absolutely no videotaping. Audio taping in designated taping area only on a first come first serve basis.
No board patches.
The sale of alcohol and food is strictly prohibited.
The sale of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

No food or drinks may be brought into the concert area except sealed water bottles and empty plastic containers. There will be plenty of food and drink available in the concession area.
No fireworks or incendiary devices
No illegal drugs or controlled substances.
No knives or weapons.

No bikes.
We ask that you please give us a hand to keep the parking lots and camping areas clean.

RESTROOMS

There will be portable toilets located throughout the camping and concert area.

 

MEDICAL

Medical station location is located along the top ridge near the vending and Kid's Tent.

 

CAMPING

There will be a Family/quiet side for camping

Concessions will be available in camping area

Camping is within a 1/4 mile or less of stages depending on where you camp.

 

PARKING

Parking is $10 per car for weekend.

Be prepared to carry your stuff - there are hills, so wagons are allowed and encouraged.

Parking is 1/4 mile or less from camping area.

No drive-up camping allowed.

There will be a special section for handicapped parking - vehicle must possess handicapped plates or handicapped parking tag.
A tractor with a flat-bed wagon will makes stops in parking areas and drop offs in the camping area.

 

RV PARKING

Advance RV Pass on sale now - $70 in advance, $90 at the door (if available). Please note: All patrons must also have a festival pass. The RV Pass IS NOT an admission ticket to the festival.

RVs subject to search. Same rules apply as camping.

No Tents allowed in RV parking.

RV Camping is within a 1/4 mile or less of stages depending on where you camp.

There are no RV hookups, but there will be dump facilities for RVs.

KIDS TENT

All children must be accompanied by parent or guardian at all times.

Don't forget your favorite costumes for the daily kids' parade this year's theme is NEBRASKA.

Daily activity schedule will be posted at the Kids' Tent.

 

VENDING

Vending without a permit is prohibited. If you are interested in vending or sponsorship, permits may be obtained by contacting vendmoedown@yahoo.com
